adobe reader error 1327

Question

I have a Dim300 Win XP with Adobe Reader 6.0.  When I try to install versio 8.0 i get Error 1327 invalid drive H. Tried to uninstall version 6.0 but got the same error.  Thanks for any help.

I gave up on the bloated Adobe Reader and use FOXIT Reader instead. Get Adobe to send you manual uninstall direction for the Version 6.
