can not access files
Hello All,
I am using the software Calyx Point for work and I am trying to pull up a credit report. But the error I am getting is
"Point was unable to complete your request because it could not access files in C:\WINPOINT\Work. Please check the permissions in that directory" Now my question is how do I check the permissions?? I have logged in as the admin. So I should be able to set the permissions right? But I don't know where to go to check or change the permissions of that folder???

Highlight the User and then set the permissions
Go to Safe Mode to find the Security Tab
