That file is associated with Cydoor. Both Ad-aware (

here) with current databases (check for updates before running either) will remove it. Manual removal instructions can be found

The problem isn't that I want to get rid of it. The problem is that there is an application that I want to get rid of and Windows add/delete programs won't let me delete the application because that .dll isn't there. Any help out there
If you do as Denny suggested, that is run the (free) AdAware or Spybot programs, a duplicate cd-clint.dll will be installed on your system and you will be able to uninstall the desired program. You can trust Denny's answers to be correct so do what he says and you won't have to wait for any more answers.
