dump of physical memory
while playing a game I got blue screen stated that file nv4_disp error and biginning dump of physical memory... does anyone know what this means.... Thank you

nv4_disp is a video card error. You didn't specify your PC model, video card, or what game, but SR45 in the gaming forum just posted some good general info.

If the problem only occurs with games, consider posting a new thread in the Gaming forum - the more details the better.
