enable hardware assisted virtualization
I am trying to upgrade to windows 7. I want to use XP mode. The test confirms that my PC supports this system. I went to the page to learn how to enable this on a dell. It tells me to start my PC and hit the f12 key to get to bios. There is no bios choice to be made. Does anyone know how to enable virtualization on my PC It is a OPTIPLEX 745.

You need to hit F2, not F12 ... once per second as soon as you turn on the PC.
Not all processors in the 745 support VT, so check your processor. Which processor do you have?
