error visual basic environment cannot initialize
I get an error message the visual basic enviroment could not be initialized when I try to open any window.
No Events found!

Visual Basic is not used by all applications. (You say you receive the error when trying to open any window.) If you were experiencing the problem with MS Word the information here would apply.
