failed to reinstall my operating system
hello
i used the direct key creator to reinstall my OS windows 7 and in the first step of drive diagnostic it gave me this message the diagnostics on your device(s) have completed and errors were found that prevent us from continuing with recovery process we will attempt to back up your data if requested
after completion of the back up steps it gave me message " on of the tasks performed during the process failed or has been cancelled" for the automated operating system install
i hope to find answer for this problem
regards
note :- i have a copy of recovery partition if required

Errors found suggests a bad hard drive. Press F12 a few times at power up and boot to the Dell diagnostics. Run the extended (takes a few hours) test on the hard drive - not just the quick 10-min test. Post any errors that appear (such as 2000-0142) along with the full model of the system (i.e., Inspiron N5110, 5571, etc. - not just "inspiron 15").

my laptop is DELL N5010 , windows 7 home basic .

Thank you for your message.
This error indicates that there is an issue with the OS installed.
Please run CHKDSK /R in command prompt & check if there is an error listed after the repair.
Run a custom test on the hard drive again once the repair is complete. If the error persists, please reinstall the OS.
