It has not fully uninstalled. Look at the HijackThis log -

 

O23 - Service: Zune Bus Enumerator (ZuneBusEnum) - Unknown owner - c:\WINDOWS\system32\ZuneBusEnum.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Zune Network Sharing Service (ZuneNetworkSvc) - Unknown owner - c:\Program Files\Zune\ZuneNss.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Zune Wireless Configuration Service (ZuneWlanCfgSvc) - Unknown owner - c:\WINDOWS\system32\ZuneWlanCfgSvc.exe (file missing)

 

Download "Autoruns" from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx.

Extract the main file, autoruns.exe and run it. Accept the EULA.

Look through each tab once it has finished scanning and just "untick" any items that have the word "Zune" in them.

 

Please reply back with the result.

Hey Robert, i downloaded and installed the program you suggested.much to my amazement i had a lot of program fragments on my computer!after running the program and deleting useless entries my computer is back to normal(if there is such a thing!! LOL) thank you for all of your help
