If it's under warranty, you should contact Dell Tech Support for repairs. 8 beeps is a display failure.
Otherwise, take it to a good repair shop and have them fix it, or order the parts and install it yourself .

Seems that the LCD needs a replacement. If your system is in warranty, please provide me with the system Service Tag in a private message, so that I can check what best I can do for you.
