how to keep McAfee suscription? [win7 upgrade clean install]

does anyone know how to keep McAfee securitycenter suscription when performing a clean install from dell win7 upgrade disks? already mailed mcafee technical support 2 weeks ago with no answer. thanks for any feedback!

Hi, If you pro form an clean install, you will lose everything. After you do an clean install, you will have to log onto mcafee and download the latest version, i had to do that. You will have an account with them if you were getting your updates. Or, if you have an disc, then you can load it from there, but your better off getting from there web site, were you will get the latest version.
