Did you ever get a response that corrected the problem with the "Expired Certificate" problem?
I'm having the same problem and getting no help :(
I've tried everything, nothing working...

Betina02,
You can still get to the website. The certificate expired, that's all. Allow the exception.
I have reported this but because it was found late Friday afternoon, it may be a few days until it's corrected.

I wouldn't accept the exception, the certificate does not have any information in it suggesting that it is a Dell site.

I am getting the same error message, and when you view the certificate, it is a bogus certificate pointing to a bogus site. It expired 12/4/2011.
Could explain if you notice no one has signed up for remote access?

So when is Dell going to fix this? Looks like they had the same problem in 2011 and in prior years also! My security certificate expired 7/11/12??
This is the error I get when I attempt to connect to Dell with https://www.delldatasafe.com:
The site's security certificate has expired!
You attempted to reach www.delldatasafe.com, but the server presented an expired certificate. No information is available to indicate whether that certificate has been compromised since its expiration.
Thanks in advance
