kernel32.dll error

Question

Trying to open TurboTax premier software.  After entering priority code to begin payment process we are immediately blocked with 'an error has occurred in kernel32.dll'.  I have disabled script blocking on Norton.  This didn't help.  Any ideas? Thanks.  Elaine

Please clarify. Are you installing the program or is it already installed? Have you tried the support section at Intuit.com? You may do better over there.
