lsass.exe and services.exe error in windows xp

I have a Dell E520 and when I turned it on I got the following error messages that say click ok to terminate

1st - services.exe application failed to initialize properly

2nd- lsass.exe application failed to initialize properly

then it just has a black screen

So, I tried to boot from my xp disk and I get a blue screen message and I also made a pebuiler cd and got same message

It will not start in safe mode it give the 2 error messages and then just a black screenWould appreciate any help I can get
