It seems that when you quit the program it really didn't end since its still running according to task manager. Are sure Roxio Creator Plus Dell is being shut down correctly? Tom

Yes we go to file > Exit to quit the program. This is a recent problem and I can't find a fix for it anywhere.

I believe Roxio has released a patch for that problem. Also, many people have reported that exact same problem as soon as they upgraded to WMP 11.  Revertind back to WMP 10 solved the problem for most people, but not all...
 
I'd look into that Roxio patch first though......

Hi

Did you ever find a solution for your roxio problem. I tried backing up to WMC 10 and installing the patch from roxio but neither fix worked.
