memory read errors

Question

Hi, I have Dell Inspiron 9300 with XP Pro sp2. I lately started getting many memory error messages. The error messages appears any time and very frequently, but it tends to appear after the system runs while.  Also, I sometimes get blue screen.  Hopefully, the system can come back after blue screen happens, but I think it doesn't sound very good...   The error happens when I launch applications, such as outlook, Word, and any other applications.  For instance, when the OS closes display screen, dwwin process returns memory error message.  When I launch Outlook, it sometimes returns the error message.  When the error happens, the process will be turminated.  I have no idea why it happens.  I lately noticed the blank disk space was only 600MB and has increased it to 10GB. But, I still get the error message. Does anybody know what may cause the problem and how to fix it? Please post both these error messages. We need them in order to help you.

Is it svchost.exe ?

Please post as much information as possible

I will post error message when I get it next time.  I have changed Data Execution Prevention setting, and the error message seems no to appear again. But, I'm not 100% sure yet.
