I have an Inspiron 1520 with Windows XP and have been getting this same message. After I click OK, I get an R605 - pure virtual function call. Have you been able to correct yours?
I went to the Roxio website forum and these are the directions it specified to do. I will let you know if it works.
Note:Entries given in these instructions may have 9 or 10 appended to them, depending on version.
1.
Click Start --> Run.
2.
Type "msconfig" and click on the OK button.
3.
Select the Startup tab.
4.
Disable (uncheck) RoxWatchTray and/or CommonSDK (if present)
5.
Go to the Services tab.
6.
Disable Roxio Hard Drive Watcher.
7.
Click on the Apply button and then click on OK.
8.
Click YES to restart the computer.
