That is not a valid file, as it has two extensions (.Mngr and .exe). Please recheck the error message. There is a valid file MRT.exe and if that is missing you should be able to replace it using System File Checker. Go to Start|Run, enter
sfc /scannow and click OK. (You may be prompted to insert your XP CD.) Note that there is a space after
sfc.
