I would remove that e-mail address asap. That is unless you really like getting tons of spam mail. A web bot will gleen this up and give every spammer in the world your address.

You can download the file from here, and try to boot to the WinRE and copy the file to the c:\windows\system32 folder and see if that gets you up and running.
