Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Malware disguises itself sometimes as "mysqld.exe" and would have to be removed.
It is also a windows service.
You can turn off the service itself by following the steps below
Start > Run > msconfig > Startup > find it in the list > uncheck it > click OK > (may have to restart)

The problem could be caused by your machine not meeting the requirements of the application you are trying to run. I am assuming mysqld is MySql. What processor do you have? How much Memory? I really don't see a Laptop as a databsae server.
