nero 8 ultra.
I have recently purchased a download of Nero 8 ultra from Dell. My system crashed before I had a chance to backup any of those files. I tried to retrieve that Info , but the download link states that the download has been reached. Does any one know how I can redownload and Install the Nero purchase without paying again? I do have the product key and serial numbers. ( I,ve tried Nero.com,but no answer there.)

Since you have the license code, it will convert to a full version when you enter the code.
Except for any plug ins you may want to add .. Nero has about 2 or 3 that are optional
