photosuite II SE Line errors rendering suite inoperative how do I get downloads to correct or fix

First, do not put all of your problem in the Subject line. 

 

Second, more info than "it doesn't work" is needed for someone to assist you.  PC Model, Operating System, was this a program that you got with the PC from Dell or was it something you installed?  Have you checked with the program vendor for a solution? (the best place to start).
