print preferences flicker

Question

When I select preferences from the print window for a dell a920 w/ xp, the screen goes into a crazy flicker.  Have to left-click fast on the close button to even close the window.  any suggestions?  Thanks

Have you tried reinstalling the Dell drivers for the unit?  If not, try that. If you have more problems with the Dell unit, the 'Dell Ink Jet' section of the forum is for support with the Dell branded printers and all in ones.

works fine with internet explorer browser but not when using at&t yahoo....weird
