Click on the Startup tab, and uncheck anything that says "Microsoft Office" or similar, or anything that may be related to the "Runner.lnk you mentioned. Then Apply, restart, and see if the messages go away.
If this doesn't work, try going to Start --> Programs ---> Startup
and right-click and delete anything called Microsoft Office or Runner.
If this doesn't work, the only other things I can think of to do would be to run ScanDisk, or reinstall Microsoft Office.
Your error means that the computer is trying to run a program when your computer is starting up, but it can't find that program. Did you recently uninstall Microsoft Office and some other programs?

Here's a suggestion to try.....
Go to Start --> Run...
and type msconfig.
