You posted this link about 4 years to help correct a pop up requesting that the Update Manger Disk be inserted to correct Roxie.  I never received

this disk from Dell and you link above does not work anymore.  Can you help?

Keep getting popups asking for Roxie Update Manager Disk which I never received with my Dell computer.  This link above was posted 4 years ago but no longer works.  Can you help me correct or get rid of these annoying popups?

Hi,

Please follow the below steps to stop the pop ups from the Roxio update manager.

1. Close all the Roxio and Sonic processes.
-- Right click the task bar and open Task Manager.
-- Click Processes Tab and close all the applications.
Also remove all the applications from the startup.
Start-> Run-> type “msconfig” -> select the Startup tab -> deselect all the applications related to Roxio and Sonic.

2. Uninstall the Roxio Update Manger from the Control Panel.
-- Click Start.
-- Open Control Panel.
-- Open Program and Features.
-- Uninstall the Roxio Update Manager.
-- Restart the computer and check.
