re-outlook express 6...email problems

:smileysad:..hi there,i have just had broadband installed from ntl and had too have a new email address..i still want too use microsoft too view and send my emails but it won't show my new emails.i can see them in macfee spam filter my new address is in macfee but i can only view or send email through ntl and there RUBBISH!..i still get emails from my old address through mcfee but can't reply anymore...when i send an email through outlook express i get a zone alarm pro error message saying that the email address is not reconised as mine...it has something to do with the default settings i think.i have tried too set them myself and ntl tried but it still doesn't work can you help or can you point me too the microsoft help forum...........cheers nicko

whipleg.  The easiest and quickest way to solve your problems are to call your new broadband provider and ask for help. You may not have entered your new account correctly or you need to reset Zone Alarm.

whipleg:  If you are now using ZomeAlarm Pro, go to the ZoneAlarm support page for help.  I think you can set ZA in "learning mode" which will configure Outlook Express for you as you use it.  Otherwise do it manually.  Go to Outlook Express Tools/Options/Accounts and check your new account.  Remove it and replace it.  Also try going to Settings/Add Remove programs and select IE, or better Outlook Express if it is there and click Add/Remove.  The option of repair will appear.  Choose repair and see if that helps.
