remote access?

I have Windows XP Home Edition on both my desktop PC, and my laptop.
Can I use Remote Access (Remote Desktop?) while I'm out of town to
access my home computer desktop?
Thanks.

albedo,

No, you can't. From Windows Inside Out: "Remote Desktop is not available in Windows XP Home Edition. However, you can use Remote Desktop Connection on a computer running Home Edition to connect to a computer running Windows XP Professional."

Sorry, your browser doesn't support Java.

Thanks for the quick response. That's what I had read, but a friend
swears that it works on Home Edition. I think he's confused.
