restore cd help needed

my aunt give me a very good dell desktop witch i fixed the problem,but they lost the restore cd i have the servce tag and cd key off the case is there any way to get the restore cd? thanks

Here is the Dell request form.  Your Aunt will have to request it as the person requesting must be the registered with Dell owner.

i called my aunt and changed ownership on line to me will that work so i can get the restore cd from dell?
