setup32.exe

Question

When I turn on my PC, Windows XP starts up and then a dialog box comes up asking me to insert a CD containing setup32.exe into drive D: and press any key. Since I don't have a CD with that file, that I know of, I press cancel. This results in a second dialog box with the following message 'Your installation is not completed yet and your programs may not work properly we strongly recommend to let the setup to complete.Do you want to cancel anyway?'. I press yes to cancel   Thank you in advance

Do a virus scan. There is no setup32.exe in XP. http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.giwin.gen.html
