Ok, your list seems pretty trimmed down. That's not it.
Do a Google search for:
VWIN32 000012D0
These are the relevant parameters. There seem to be a number of thid party programs that have a conflict with ME and IE. You may see something that looks like yours.
Thanks for the reply; I did a Google search prior to posting here, but used the full error message parameters, will try your suggestions, and post back.
I have been unable to come up with any answers to this problem. However, I e-mailed the software maker, and thay cnae up with an update that stopped that problem. Now if I could only get the program to work without having to uninstall and reinstall every time I use it, it would be so much better. But at least now, I can use the program without being interrupted.
Just got a new Optiplex w/XP Pro, and have not tried to install Abander TagControl on the new PC yet. Hoping the XP will do better than Win-Me, and I stop destroying hard drives, and stop having other problems.

anxiously awaiting your reply. i'm recieving the same error when I run a program that I have been using for over a year without problems. (Mailwasher)
I will try searching Google too and post any relevent results.
