software is deleted

even the sound does not work

it says "no audio output device is installed"

i had some issues with my laptob XPS 15z

then i restarted it and found out that some of the software is gone

how cna i redouload them ?

First thing what issues, second thing what did you do before restarting it, did you use some sort of registry cleaner?

Finally what software in particular is missing?

when i go to all programs and open the folders :

. "Dell" is says empty

. "Dell Datasafe" is says empty

. "Dell stage" is says empty

. "Microsoft silverlight" is says empty

. "nvidia corporation" is says empty.

. even i dont have the paint program

the issue was i had a black screen the i restarted the labtop

them it said the drive is crashed and unreadable

i fixed it with something called system-check
