trying to restore to factory conditions

i have a dimension 3000 desktop trying to restore to factory conditions but ctrl+f11 wont work. i need help how to do it manually.

hey I am trying to do as well and from what I was told you need the start up disc or what ever and then from what I read if yo udo system rstore to factory setings you need to reinstall windows, I just posted about this so im not sure
