That information is written to the registry during a clean install of Windows XP.  Changing it without agreeing to the EULA presented during installation of XP might be construed as an attempt to circumvent the EULA.   We are not allowed to provide any information that circumvents the EULA.

If you go into user accounts and change the name this will only change the display name.
 
To accopmplish your goal you need to go into the registry,unless theres another way that I'm not aware of.
 
NOTE: when dealing with the registry always back up first.
