windows 7 - error loading python DLL
At the start of windows an error window appear saying:
"Error loading Python DLL: c:\use\admin\appdata\local\temp\_mei42443\python27.dll
(error code 5)"
Also when ever i want to install something a similar error appera and the installation is shut down.
I found people asking about similar problems nut their solutions never worked in my case.

Welcome to the Community.
If the issue has started recently, I would suggest you to perform system restore using the link mentioned below:

NOTE: System restore will remove the applications installed after the restore point but will not delete any files.
If the issue persists, update the antivirus program and perform complete scan to ensure it is not a virus issue.
Also, update the operating system and Directx for the system.
