The dump is nice but does not mean much to many of us.  The PC Model Number and Operating System are more important and needed for someone to try and assist you.  

Generally, it's a device driver problem.  Go to the Dell downloads   www.support.dell.com   use your service tag to access the downloads and update either the wired NIC driver or the wireless driver depending on what you have, as the first step.
