Navigate to that prefetch folder and delete     Client-Registration-Tool .exe-xxxxxx.pf

i tried that and i still get the error on startup

Hi Blimna,
 
This is Ben.... since this happens during startup then this has soemthing to do with a startup item which you can disable from the startup list when you access the system configuration utility by typing msconfig in run.
 
Just look for the startup tab and click on it then look for the startup item that corresponds with the prefetch folder and take the check mark off. That should fix this.

Look for that exe in msconfig and untick the box next to it.
