wltray.exe - application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022).

Question

I have created a second user on my pc and when I start that user I receive this message:   WLTRAY.exe - The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022).   What have I forgotten to do when I created this user?   georgeMA

I don't receive this error on my Admin/primary user, only on the user I added to my system.

don't know if this will fix it but I would try uninstalling then reinstalling your wireless driver. afair that wltray.exe is used to put a wireless icon in your systray.
