you must install an intel driver first

Hi,

I try to install the video nvidia driver for dell i5110 with gforce 525 video card.

I downoladed the drivers, and when i press setup there apear an error with text " You must install an intell driver first"

I think i already installed all the drivers which appear here. This message tell me about the chipset driver? or what i have to install to work.
