Hello,
Downloaded the software and installed without event on my PC and Fascinate. Logged onto my Gmail on my PC, ran the diagnostic, ensured that remote invitations were set up and that the firewall exceptions were present.
On the Android end, whenever I attempt to logon to my Gmail, it just sits "Logging In" until I hit the back soft-key, otherwise it will remain in a loop. when I click on settings, it seems to indicate that I'm already logged in (it has the "Log Out" option).
So I'm clearly unable to make any connections.

1) Are both devices on the same network or are you connecting over 3G?
2) Is your Desktop behind a Firewall?

Hi,
For Auto Discovery:
1) Try to Log Out from Gmail account on the Android (Go to Settings and click Log Out)
2) Check if PocketCloud Windows Companion on PC actually logged in to Gmail account (if not click Login)
3) Then re-login to Gmail on the Android

Same probleme here:
Samsung Galaxy S
OS 2.2 / Window 7 Pro 32bit
PocketCloud 1.1.108 / Auto Discovery
I could connect to the PC using manual connection but Auto Discovery just say "Logging In".

2) Is your Desktop behind a Firewall? Windows Firewall with Appropriate Exceptions
