Menu is still not working?

Question Menu is still not working?

I see threads on this topic from months and months ago and I still can't see whether there's a resolution to the issue of not being able to open the menu (and thereby enable the mouse pointer and keyboard). It's still not working on my device. Help?

It seems to be working on some devices but not on others (such as my color nook presently). ? an issue with soft menu buttons.

What device do you use?
What Pocketcloud version do you use? The latest version is 1.2.237

I'm on a Nook Color as well and I am using version 1.2.237.
