i have the same problem on a windows7 Dell Duo computer pocketcloud windows companion wants to install VNC in the computer but the screen does not show everything so i can not see what i am doing
sarun when i do what you write it still does not connect
1. Press close button on the window. 2. Right click on PocketCloud tray icon and press "Auto Discovery Setting" and enter you gmail and password. 3. Now you will able to see your computer on pocket cloud.
We could not reproduce the issue you were mentioning, but can send you a debug build to get more details on the problem.
Can you run "tightvnc-2.0.2-setup.exe" from "C:\Program Files\Wyse\PocketCloud Windows Companion" and after installation can you do the below steps. This issue will be fixed in the future release.
1. Right click on PocketCloud tray icon and press "Auto Discovery Setting" and enter you gmail and password. 2. Now you will able to see your computer on pocket cloud.

Chappy,
What Windows Companion version do you use? Is it latest 2.1.14?
