unable to connect through Gmail account

unable to connect through Gmail account

I can not connect to my desktop and the error that pops up is "Login Failed" my password and email address are correct so I have no idea why this software is not working. if anyone can help me please do.

This did not help me at all I am still unable to connect I still need help

I had something similar this morning after installing "pocketcloud windows companion 2.4.8" yesterday. The companion said it was logged in, however, when I signed out and tried to sign back in it did not work. I had to reboot the computer with the "companion" and then all was fine, it was showing up again online and was signing in ok.

Thanks for the help guys, htimmis, please let me know if the other users suggestion does not help either.
