Home access to Company Network via RDS or TS
Home access to Company Network via RDS or TS
I am trying to connect to Remote desktop Services on company network from home via an ipad2. We use Microsoft's Remote desktop Services or its older name Terminal Services. The app works perfectly when i am on the company network, but from home it does not. I get as far as to windoss telling me "Welcome" and then it freezes and i get no where.
Can anyone Help Please???

If these were not open wouldn't my computer not be able to RD from an external network.
I ask because i am able to use my home computer to RD in to our network via a TS gateway. I guess i am wondering if this app actually supports TS gateway functionality via HTTPs.

It sounds like your company may be blocking the incoming connection. Please check with your IT and make sure the following ports are open so you can connect: 443, 3389, 5222
