Pocketcloud companion wizzard doesn't launch during install
Hi,
I have tried installing a companion app on windows 8 machine, but during the install process, and just after the services are started, wizzard launch doesn't start. App seems installed, and services are running. But when trying to run the application nothing happens.
What can be the problem?

Make sure that your Windows machine has the most recent updates installed before you install the companion software.
