Keyboard disconnecting/freezing on Wyse tx0/t00x

Hi al,

Not sure if this has ever been discussed previously. We currently have a number of wyse terminals out to users for use on Citrix. With a new batch we've put in to a bank of desks, a number of people are having issues where the keyboard freezes and the only way around it is by doing a power cycle, disconnecting the keyboard and reconnecting doesn't fix it, only a power cycle.

any advice?
