Thankyou for the reply, i've swapped it out with one of our S10s and it appears to have resolved the problem, still not sure what it was that was causing it but as it was an isolated problem and it's fixed now it's not too important.

Trap error codes are usually very vague by themselves, usually more info is needed like what is the backend VM (version, etc), what software is installed, etc.

However, it may not be worth your while since you are using a very old hardware that has been EOL for some time so new software is not going to be available for it. Your best bet is to look at procuring one of the new clients so you have many year of updates to come.
