Profiles will be created at the Storefront servers for those users who change their password via Storefront. It needs to be deleted periodically via some kind of script or manually.
The tech that supported the Wyse management suite left the company and didn't leave the login and password information to the website and the system does not have SMTP setup for emails. Is there a backdoor access or a way to reset the admin password? Just need to know what options I have.

ThinOS 8.4 and higher support Citrix SSPR which was introduced in XD 7.11 and SF 3.7.
Any other Self Service password reset would require a browser, which ThinOS does not possess and thus cannot support.

Citrix SSPR is part of Platinum Licensing.
