R10L (7.1_033) connection to W2K8R2 -> works without problems
D10D (8.0_037) connection to W2K8R2 -> works without problems
R10L (7.1_033) connection to W2K12R2 -> works without problems
D10D (8.0_037) connection to W2K12R2 -> Performance issues
R10L (8.0_037) connection to W2K12R2 -> Performance issues
D10L (8.0_208_BETA_US) connection to W2K12R2 -> Performance issues
In the ini we set the
Rdp_No_Wallpaper=yes \
Rdp_No_Dragging=yes \
Rdp_No_Animation=yes \
Rdp_No_Theme=yes \
Rdp_No_Fontsmoothing=yes \
These setting have no effect on any client with a 8.0 version.
Performance issues are: slow loading of maps.google.nl; no or bad streetview; videofiles (.mp4) playing very low framerate; delays in min/max windows….

I am using the 8.0.307 in a 5212 connecting to Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012 and the performance is poor. The hot fix did not work.

We also experience severe performance problems with Wyse C10LE on Windows Server 2012 R2. The Firmware is 8.0_214.
EnableGFX=no
The screen freezes. You can move the mouse cursor but it doesn't respond to clicks, and then suddenly all clicks are executed at once.
Please Dell Wyse, can you fix this problem??
Anyone else got a clue about a possible solution?

Same here...
T10 clients are useless with the latest 8.0_210 WTOS / 8.0_211 Hotfix aslong as youre connecting to a Windows Server 2012 R2 server...
I am currently on 7.1_207 but am experiencing weird caps lock problems with this firmware...
Dell Wyse, why is this not fixed yet?!

Dear There,
1. The INI setting -- they work with "auto detect network" option off, could you kindly check that option in the RDP properties? User needs to tick off / disable the option to enable the "desktop experience (check o disable)"; by default it is enabled.
2. The performance issue
2.1 map / street view: we use local map website and can see the absence of streetview - but it is absent in W2K12R2 console as well; maps.google.nl is slow here event on PC; please help to check the W2K12R2 VM console to see if the streetview is absent, or if it is working using Windows RDP client connection;
2.2 MP4 playback issue: please kindly check if the TSMM is enabled (see system information / event logs during playback); with this enabled the playback is smooth here (720p); without TSMM the playback will be dependent on server VOR capability;
2.3 Delay in min/max window: I can see this in R10 but not in D10, please provide video record so we can better understand the issue...

Can you try to add SessionConfig=RDP EnableVOR=no to the wnos.ini
