Problems with Horizon USB Pass Through
Hi everyone, recently started transitioning my environment from Wes7 devices to ThisOS and ran into a strange issue that none of the engineers seem to be able to recreate.
Horizon 7.1 - Wyse 5040 AIO - ThinOS 8.4_B009, Windows 10 1607
The first time you plug in a USB device, everything connects as it should. After rebooting the device, USB devices no longer pass through. Using the Horizon Client on a Wes7 device or thick client USB pass through functions without fail. This leads me to believe it's not the Horizon environment.
The 5040s detect the USB insert. Labels the device as able to be passed through, but never actually finishes the handoff.
Has anyone run into this issue before?

Yes here at our hospital we see usb issues with a tool called dragon where it drops the device all together. we are looking at updating the firmware to see if that helps.
