Question regarding WTOS Firmware download
Question regarding WTOS Firmware download
My boss purchased several WYSE terminals a few years back from a large distributor (I think it might have been CDW, or somesuch) as clearance for some proof of concept testing in our lab.
I've got a V90LE and a V10L on my desk now.
He wants me to flash them back to factory specs, patch them up, and try out the newest Citrix clients on them. I say that this shouldn't be a problem, and head over to the WYSE homepage.
I found and downloaded the firmware for the XPe box, but when I try to get the ThinOS firmware, I get an error that says contact my support representative. Problem is, we don't have one. I attempted to register an account to download the software, but without a license key or seat information, I get stuck in the beginning of the form and cannot continue.
Is there a way to download the firmware someplace else that I 'm not aware of? Or do I need to call some 800 number?
Thanks.

Bryan,
WTOS devices require that you have Software Maintenance in order to upgrade your device. Please contact our inside sales department at 1-8000-800-9973 option1 or at 1-408-473-1200 option1.
