Stuck Keys Upon Login
All,
Already have a case in with Dell regarding this. Wanted to check and see if anyone else is seeing this issue. All clients are up to date with the respective ThinOS version (Currently 9.4.1141) and updated BIOS.
Issue happens on the following clients:
OptiPlex 3000
5470 AIO
5470 Laptop
3040 Client
When user's are locking their computers WIN+L or any of the lock client menu options the "hold" keys are acting as if they're stuck upon login.
For example if a user locks their computer with WIN+L the WIN key will be stuck when they log back in and will active windows shortcuts when they attempt to type in a window or in the Windows search bar. If you press the WIN key a couple of times the key will release, and the individual will be able to type into windows as normal. This happens with Ctrl+Alt+Del as well. Only happens on the Blast protocol and not PCOIP.
